All products must be returned in a new, unopened and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the tags attached to them (if applicable).
This includes all packaging, accessories, protective adhesive strips and authenticity cards/dust bags. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
For example, we may make a reduction in the following circumstances:
- product(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed;
- the tag are not attached to the product(s) or have not been returned. Please note that the tags included constitute an integral part of each product; and/or
- you have not returned any packaging which is considered an integral part of a product (such as a dust bag).
You will be informed if we propose to reduce your refund for this reason. In this instance, you may (as an alternative to us providing you with a reduced refund) choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.
Please email customercare@carcoisabrazil.com within 2 days of receiving your order if any of your purchases have been delivered without tags.
All returns should be requested before you send your item(s) back to us to allow for easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.
You may be responsible for paying for the return label that will be provided to you, and for a restocking fee, which together, will be USD$9.50. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item; at which time, your refund will be processed and the applicable amount will be refunded to your credit card or original method of payment. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. The return label fee and restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded to your original form of payment.
Final Sale Items
All hair tools, sale items, item bundles, travel size items, merchandise, and digital gift cards are final sale, and not eligible for return or exchange.
Bags & Accessories
All brand packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
Please handle light-colored bags and accessories carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-colored bags.
Beauty, Fragrance & Candles
Skincare, cosmetics and haircare must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please note that fragrance, nail polish, candles and aerosols are final sale and cannot be returned due to transport restrictions.
Limited Edition Products, Books & Cards
As these items are highly collectible, please only remove the protective cover and packaging once you are certain that you wish to keep them.

Late Returns
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving you order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of all trading entities of TOMORROW, NOW LLP and may only be refunded as a store credit.
Faulty goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it. Please contact Customer Care prior to returning your items with a description and/or photo of the concern.
Colors
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear online as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be completely accurate.

Please be aware that we will not be responsible for any items that are returned to us which were not purchased from any of the trading entities of TOMORROW, NOW LLP. This includes personal items as well as items which may have been purchased from other third party companies.
